(25 piece minimum required) – With this offer we will have our logistics partner come onsite to pack and pick up your equipment to be transported to our environmental partner for processing.
Our partner will perform a 3-pass data wipe, or if necessary, destroy the hard drives to ensure all data is destroyed. They will then resell any equipment that is in good cosmetic and functional condition and that has market value for resale. They will recycle/dispose if it does not have any resale value.
You will receive the settlement report and confirmation of disposal that will also reflect any value back in approximately 30 to 45 days after the pickup has occurred.
Asset Recovery Services is priced per piece. A “piece” will mean each System, monitor, printer, server or other IT hardware.
Services rendered by Dell for pieces in excess of the amount ordered will be billed at the per piece price for the associated Service.

If you have small miscellaneous items like keyboards, mice, cables, HDDs, etc., you can put those miscellaneous items into 1 box and use 1 label for that box.
