Emeritus Chairman

Joe Lane directs corporate strategy for OnePak. His role includes overseeing all aspects of business development, market positioning, organizational design, and corporate finance.

Mr. Lane has held senior executive and leadership positions for more than 30 years, including roles as President of IBM Credit Corporation / Senior Vice President of IBM, Chief Executive Officer of GE Technology Finance, CEO of GATX Capital and Vice Chairman of Bay4 Capital. He has been Chairman of both the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association (ELFA) and its Foundation (ELFF), and is currently Director of the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute (YEI) Mentor Network.

Mr. Lane is a graduate of Yale University and has served on the board of several other commercial enterprises and non-profit organizations.




Vice Chairman

Jerry Drisaldi is Vice Chairman of the Board at OnePak. In addition to his Board responsibilities, his primary role includes directing all aspects of sales and marketing for the Company.

Mr. Drisaldi previously spent nearly four decades in logistics sales at UPS, retiring in 2013 as President of International Sales. During his career with UPS, Mr. Drisaldi has held positions in Sales and Marketing, Corporate Retail Services (the UPS Store network), and ultimately oversaw all Sales, Services and Business Development activities both in the United States and in UPS International Regions, including Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia Pacific. He also had responsibility for UPS Freight Forwarding sales activities in the United States.

Mr. Drisaldi serves as Chairman of the Magnalia Foundation, Atlanta Georgia, and is Executive Vice President and board member of the South Bronx Educational Foundation. Both are non-profit organizations committed to providing educational assistance and character development to under privileged children, as well as adults seeking personal development.




VP of Finance

Horacio Marquez is responsible of OnePak's financial affairs and growth strategies. He oversees the Company's financial integrity, including working capital management, debt and equity structuring, risk mitigation and corporate credit.

Mr. Marquez is a prominent capital markets specialist and international economics analyst with more than 25 years of experience in Wall Street finance. Mr. Marquez previously served as Head of Emerging Markets Research for Merrill Lynch Asset Management, Director of Economic and Financial Research for Swiss Bank, and Director of Credit and Research for ADP Capital Management. He has also held positions at Touche Ross & Co., Barclays Bank, First National Bank of Boston, and has been involved in a number of private equity and venture capital transactions.

Mr. Marquez is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and is also a widely recognized financial analyst, author, speaker and commentator.


CHUCK ANDON's picture


Chief Technology Officer

Chuck Andon directs all technology development at OnePak. He leads the Company's technology teams responsible for systems design, technical integrity, security architecture, and transaction processing.

Mr. Andon specializes in designing ultra-reliable systems. With more than 25 years of experience in engineering, he has designed software, hardware, and operating systems for mission-critical applications, ranging from internet switching to missile tracking. Prior to OnePak, Mr. Andon worked with his brother Steve as President of CyberCom Inc. Mr. Andon also previously served as a lead engineer for Lockheed Martin, and has held engineering positions at Honeywell and the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Mr. Andon is a graduate of Northeastern University, and has held various security clearances for government work.


STEVE ANDON's picture


Chairman and CEO

Steve Andon is the creator of OnePak and its product and service offerings. He is responsible for developing and implementing ideas and strategies, as well as overseeing day to day operations as the company's CEO.

Mr. Andon has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in information technology and finance. He has created, developed, and sold two other information technology companies. Prior to OnePak, Mr. Andon was CEO of CyberCom, a software company serving the public internet and hospitality industries, and he was also previously CEO of Telnet Communications, a licensed public utility in Massachusetts. After graduate school, Mr. Andon also previously worked in finance and information technology at Synetics, an international engineering and IT solutions company now part of SAIC.

Mr. Andon is a graduate of Bentley University, and has received several awards for technical excellence and entrepreneurial creativity.




Senior Vice President

Angel Gonzalez-Sanfeliu oversees the development of key strategic relationships for OnePak. He is responsible for identifying underutilized asset opportunities, cost savings, and value recovery for clients.

Mr. Gonzalez has held various international and domestic positions in global investment banks based in the US, Europe and Asia. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, a Director at Barclay's Capital, and most recently a Senior Director at Oppenheimer & Co. Throughout his career he has been responsible for managing key client relationships, ranging from hedge, pension, and mutual funds to international family offices, banks and insurance companies.

Mr. Gonzalez is a graduate of the University of Miami and George Washington University. He also serves on the board of and donates to various educational foundations and charities.




Director of Business Solutions

Shawn Stockman oversees development of client solutions and marketing strategy for OnePak. He is responsible for implementing tools and strategies that serve the company's clients and partners.

Mr. Stockman developed OnePak's Certified offering, the logistics industry's first online asset handler training and credentialing program, as well as OneScan, a mobile application for capturing, tracking and managing asset data during the asset collection process. He has previously held business development and marketing leadership positions in several industries, also working as an independent consultant to both small and large organizations.

Mr. Stockman is a graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Florida, and has more than 20 years of experience in developing business solutions.




Director of Corporate Affairs

Maria Johnson oversees all elements of OnePak's corporate operations. She is responsible for managing the Company's legal, accounting, operational and procurement activities, as well as audit controls and compliance.

Ms. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in business administration, specializing in creating procedures and controls for critical management activities. Prior to OnePak, Ms. Johnson spent most of her professional career in the medical laboratory industry, managing several departments and a large staff in a commercial laboratory environment performing procedures and analytics in cancer diagnostics.

Ms. Johnson is a graduate of SUNY College at Purchase with a BA in Language and Culture.

UX Strategist

Award winning Creative with 15 years of design/UX experience for major brands worldwide. Sam has worked in the forefront of digital technology for his entire career, with design, art direction, stragety and application development his areas of expertise. Recently he has redesigned Boston University's online library system, managed UX teams for Fidelity Investments, designed Constant Contact drag & drop email editor and Getaprint's Text to Print Chat Bot mobile application. TOM MEYER's picture


General Manager

Tom is the General Manager of OnePak and is known as the "Mr. Wolfe", problem solver. He has worked around the world in more than 40 countries, helping companies overcome obstacles and grow.

Mr. Meyer has been CEO of three different tech companies which he successfully sold and raised up rounds for. He focuses on cloud, IoT and big data. As general manager, he launched Iron Mountain's award winning Digital Record Center.

Also, Mr. Meyer has experience in operations, venture capital, finance, M&A, sales and strategy. He is currently focused on making OnePak the leader in logistics solutions.
